View Staypoollizer Original Setup and Operating Instructions
Keep your pool or pond at the selected water level without repeated manual refilling.
The Staypoollizer Original is a hose-connected automatic pool filler and water leveler designed for customers who prefer proven mechanical simplicity and straightforward operation. Connect a standard garden hose, position the unit on a stable deck or ledge, adjust the black float assembly to the desired level, and confirm proper shutoff before unattended use.
Simple Automatic Water-Level Control
- Adds water automatically as the level drops.
- Stops filling when the selected water level is restored.
- Tool-free slide adjustment for changing the maintained water depth.
- No assembly required.
- No drilling, electrical wiring, or permanent plumbing.
- Connects to a standard garden hose. Hose sold separately.
Vinyl-Liner-Friendly Design
The Original Staypoollizer has no exposed pool-facing bolt threads or protruding mounting hardware near the pool surface. Its fixed T-shaped upper frame rests on a stable deck, ledge, or mounting surface.
Set the Desired Water Level
Slightly twist the black float assembly and slide it upward or downward. The maintained waterline aligns with the lower beveled edge of the black tank assembly. For many pools, a starting position near the center of the skimmer opening provides an appropriate operating level.
Original Mechanical Flow-Control System
The Staypoollizer Original uses the proven commercial float-valve design from the original product family and operates from 1–60 PSI. It is not an NXGEN 1–200 PSI model.
Before Unattended Use
Turn on the faucet to provide a slow, steady stream. Lift the internal float upward by hand and confirm that the water stops completely. Then allow the pool to reach the selected level and verify normal automatic shutoff before leaving the system unattended.
Reduced faucet flow does not reduce static household water pressure. Customers who need to confirm their water pressure may use a faucet pressure gauge available from many hardware and home-improvement stores.
Hose Connection Guidance
- Use a clean, properly seated garden-hose washer.
- Hand-tighten the hose connection only.
- Do not use Teflon tape on garden-hose threads.
- Replace damaged hose ends that cannot reach and seal against the washer face.
- Avoid aluminum hose ends and couplers because galvanic corrosion can fuse aluminum to brass fittings.
Designed for pools and ponds with a stable mounting surface.
U.S. Patent No. 11,208,820.
