Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from Staypoollizer.com. Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, or another authorized marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s applicable return process and policies.

Start a Return Request

Standard Return Period

A standard return request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmodified
  • In substantially the same condition in which it was received
  • Returned with all included product components and accessories

Proof of purchase or the original order number may be required.

Return Authorization Is Required

Contact JCS Industries LLC and obtain return authorization before mailing any product.

Do not ship a product until the return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

Products mailed without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Marketplace Purchases

Standard returns for products purchased through Amazon, eBay, or another authorized marketplace must normally be initiated through the marketplace where the purchase was made.

After the marketplace return period has expired, a product that may contain a defect can still be submitted to JCS Industries LLC for evaluation under the applicable Limited One-Year Warranty.

Marketplace warranty claims may continue through the marketplace messaging system so that the communication and resolution remain documented.

Return Shipping for Standard Returns

For an approved standard return that is not caused by a product defect, shipping damage, an incorrect item, or another error by JCS Industries LLC, the customer is responsible for the return-shipping cost.

Shipping performed before authorization, expedited shipping, premium shipping services, packaging expenses, shipping insurance, customs charges, and brokerage charges are not reimbursable unless expressly approved in writing.

Do not mail a product to this address until return authorization and shipping instructions have been provided.

Inspection

All returned products are inspected after receipt.

JCS Industries LLC may reduce or deny a refund when inspection shows that the product:

  • Was used, installed, modified, damaged, or altered
  • Is missing included components or accessories
  • Was damaged because of inadequate or improper return handling
  • Is not the same product associated with the original purchase
  • Does not otherwise satisfy the requirements of this policy

Any refund adjustment will be based on the condition of the returned product, the missing contents, and applicable law.

Refunds

When an approved standard return is received and accepted after inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing and posting times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

JCS Industries LLC cannot control the time required by a bank, credit-card company, marketplace, or payment processor to post an approved refund.

Exchanges

An exchange must be authorized before a product is returned.

Depending on product availability and the circumstances of the request, an exchange may be handled as:

  • An approved return followed by a new order; or
  • A direct replacement authorized by JCS Industries LLC

Any price difference, additional shipping charge, or other amount associated with an exchange will be explained before the exchange is completed.

Incorrect Items and Order Errors

Contact JCS Industries LLC promptly if the wrong product or component was shipped or if an item is missing from the order.

Please provide the order number and clear photographs when reasonably requested so the issue can be verified and corrected.

When JCS Industries LLC confirms that the issue resulted from its error, it will provide appropriate shipping instructions and cover reasonable standard shipping required to correct the order.

Shipping Damage

Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery.

Contact JCS Industries LLC as soon as reasonably possible if the product or shipping package arrives visibly damaged.

Please retain:

  • The product
  • All included components
  • The shipping package
  • Shipping labels and packing materials

Photographs of the product, shipping package, labels, and visible damage may be required to support a carrier claim or determine the appropriate remedy.

Defective Products and Warranty Service

A product that has been used or installed and appears to contain a defect is not handled as a standard unused-product return.

The product may qualify for inspection, repair, or replacement under the Limited One-Year Warranty.

Return Fraud and Product Substitution

JCS Industries LLC may deny a return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim when inspection or other available evidence reasonably indicates:

  • Product substitution
  • Return of a different or older product
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Altered proof of purchase
  • Misrepresentation of the product’s condition
  • Other return or warranty fraud

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
