Start With the Issue You’re Seeing

  • Water Will Not Shut Off

    Turn off the faucet immediately. Do not leave the system unattended until the cause is identified and automatic shutoff is confirmed.

  • Leaking Connection

    Turn off the water supply. Check the hose washer, thread condition, and that the hose fitting seats squarely against the gasket before resuming use.

  • Freezing Weather

    Disconnect the hose and remove or fully drain the Staypoollizer whenever freezing conditions are possible.

Troubleshooting

No Water Flow


Confirm the faucet is on, the hose is not kinked, and the inlet is free of debris. Check that the float moves freely. Stop using the system and contact support if the float or shutoff mechanism does not move normally.

Continuous Filling or Overfill


Turn off the faucet immediately. Confirm the float moves freely and the water-height setting has not shifted. Do not resume unattended use until automatic shutoff has been verified.

Hose, Washer, Thread, or Connection Leak


Turn off the water supply. Inspect the hose washer and thread condition, then reconnect the hose squarely so the fitting face seals against the gasket. Avoid aluminum hose ends.

Float Rubbing or Sticking

Check the pool, plumbing, hose, fittings, and equipment for leaks. Evaporation, splash-out, and pool-system leaks can all increase refill demand.
