Limited One-Year Warranty

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

This Limited One-Year Warranty is provided by JCS Industries LLC, the manufacturer and warrantor of Staypoollizer-branded products.

JCS Industries LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that a genuine Staypoollizer product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations stated below.

Who Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser of a genuine Staypoollizer product purchased directly from JCS Industries LLC or from an authorized retailer or marketplace.

This warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty Period

Warranty coverage lasts for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

A repaired or replacement product or component does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law or expressly confirmed in writing by JCS Industries LLC.

What Is Covered?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended residential use within the warranty period.

Coverage applies only to the Staypoollizer product and product components originally supplied by JCS Industries LLC.

Warranty Remedy

If inspection and evaluation confirm that a product or component contains a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, JCS Industries LLC will, at its option and subject to applicable law:

• Repair the defective product or covered component; or
• Replace the defective product or covered component with the same or a reasonably comparable product or component.

The choice between repair and replacement belongs to JCS Industries LLC.

Refunds are not a standard remedy under this Limited Warranty. When repair or replacement is unavailable or not reasonably practicable, JCS Industries LLC will provide any other remedy required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

What Is Not Covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, failure, or operating problems caused or contributed to by:

• Improper installation, assembly, adjustment, maintenance, or use
• Failure to follow published instructions or operating guidance
• Abuse, neglect, misuse, accidental damage, impact, dropping, or rough handling
• Modification, alteration, disassembly, tampering, or improper repair
• Freeze damage or failure to disconnect, drain, remove, or protect the product before freezing temperatures
• Excessive heat or prolonged direct-sun exposure while the product is out of the water
• Corrosion caused by incompatible metals, including certain aluminum hose fittings
• Damaged, worn, improperly threaded, loose, leaking, or incompatible hoses and fittings
• Missing, damaged, or incorrectly seated hose washers or gaskets
• Debris or contamination in the water inlet
• Use outside the product’s published operating or pressure specifications
• Water hammer, plumbing shock, pressure surges, or unsuitable property plumbing
• Defective household pipes, valves, hose bibs, backflow devices, pressure regulators, hoses, or fittings
• Pool, deck, wall, top rail, skimmer, mounting surface, or other property defects
• Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, discoloration, or surface scratches that do not prevent normal operation
• Damage caused or contributed to by incompatible replacement parts or improper repairs
• Damage occurring during unauthorized or improper return shipping
• Return fraud, product substitution, counterfeit products, or unauthorized resale

This warranty covers the Staypoollizer product itself. It does not provide warranty coverage for the customer’s hose, household plumbing, pool, deck, structure, dwelling, landscaping, personal property, or other equipment.

Water Pressure

Staypoollizer products equipped with the NXGEN Flow Control system are designed to operate within the published pressure range for the applicable model.

The customer is responsible for confirming the property’s water pressure and maintaining the property’s plumbing system in safe operating condition.

A Staypoollizer product’s published operating-pressure capability does not guarantee that the property’s pipes, valves, hose bib, hose, fittings, backflow devices, pressure regulators, or other plumbing components are suitable for the same pressure.

Water Hammer and Plumbing-System Protection

Operation of a Staypoollizer automatically starts and stops water flow. Depending on water pressure, pipe arrangement, pipe support, valve characteristics, hose construction, and existing plumbing conditions, some properties may experience water hammer, banging, vibration, pipe movement, or pressure surges.

If banging, vibration, pipe movement, leaking, or unusual plumbing noise occurs, immediately:

1. Shut off the connected water supply.
2. Discontinue use of the Staypoollizer.
3. Inspect the hose and visible connections.
4. Have the plumbing system evaluated by a qualified plumber before resuming operation.

The property owner is responsible for maintaining suitable plumbing and installing any required water-hammer arrestor, pressure regulator, backflow-prevention device, expansion device, leak detector, shutoff valve, or other plumbing protection.

Damage to pipes, fittings, valves, hoses, a home or dwelling, or personal property caused by unsuitable, defective, deteriorated, unsupported, or improperly regulated property plumbing is not a defect in the Staypoollizer product.

Nothing in this warranty excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility arising from a proven product defect.

Initial Installation and Unattended Use

Before leaving the connected water supply unattended, the customer should observe the installation through multiple filling and shutoff cycles and confirm that:

• All connections remain dry
• The hose and fittings remain secure
• The product shuts off correctly
• The float and shutoff mechanism move freely
• No unusual vibration, pipe movement, or water hammer is present

Staypoollizer is not a whole-property flood-prevention or plumbing-monitoring system and should not be relied upon as a substitute for proper plumbing maintenance, leak detection, property inspection, or insurance.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact JCS Industries LLC before returning any product or component.

Please provide:

• Your name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product model
• A description of the reported problem
• Installation information
• Clear photographs or video when reasonably requested
• Troubleshooting results when reasonably requested

JCS Industries LLC may provide troubleshooting or adjustment guidance before authorizing a warranty return.

The product or affected component may be required to be returned for inspection before warranty coverage or a remedy is approved.

Do not mail a product or component until return authorization and shipping instructions have been provided by JCS Industries LLC.

Claims Reported Within 30 Days After Delivery

For an authorized warranty claim reported within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery, JCS Industries LLC will provide a prepaid standard return shipping label.

The prepaid label applies only to an authorized return using the shipping method and instructions provided by JCS Industries LLC.

Expedited shipping, premium shipping services, packaging materials, shipping insurance, international shipping, customs charges, brokerage charges, and shipping arranged before authorization are not covered unless expressly approved in writing.

If inspection confirms a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, JCS Industries LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the covered product or component and will pay reasonable standard shipping to send the repaired or replacement item to the customer.

If inspection does not confirm a covered defect, JCS Industries LLC may require payment of the shipping cost necessary to return the inspected product to the customer.

Marketplace Purchases and Shipping Information

Amazon and other authorized marketplaces may redact or withhold portions of a customer’s shipping information from JCS Industries LLC.

When complete shipping information is not available and a prepaid warranty return label is being provided, the customer may be required to supply:

• Full name
• Complete street address
• Apartment, suite, or unit number, when applicable
• City, state, and ZIP code

This information will be used only to create the shipping label and administer the warranty claim.

Warranty communication concerning an Amazon or other marketplace purchase may remain within the marketplace messaging system so that the claim and its resolution are documented.

JCS Industries LLC will not request the customer’s marketplace password, payment-card information, or account credentials to process a warranty claim.

Claims Reported More Than 30 Days After Delivery

For an authorized warranty claim reported more than thirty (30) calendar days after delivery but within the one-year warranty period, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and paying the cost of shipping it to JCS Industries LLC.

If inspection confirms a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, JCS Industries LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the covered product or component.

JCS Industries LLC will pay reasonable standard shipping to send the repaired or replacement product or component to the original continental United States delivery location.

Additional costs may apply for expedited shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States territories, and international destinations.

If inspection does not confirm a covered defect, or if the reported condition resulted from an excluded cause, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the inspected product to the customer.

Warranty Claim Eligibility

Warranty coverage for a claim may be denied when inspection or other available evidence reasonably shows that:

• The reported problem was caused or contributed to by a condition excluded under this warranty
• The product was modified, altered, improperly repaired, disassembled, or tampered with in a way that caused or contributed to the problem
• The product was subjected to freezing without being properly drained or protected
• The product was left out of the water in prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat
• An incompatible replacement part or improper repair caused or contributed to the problem
• The product returned is not the same product originally purchased
• Proof of purchase cannot be provided when reasonably requested
• The claim involves return fraud, product substitution, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized resale

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JCS Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, operation, or use of a Staypoollizer product.

This includes, without limitation:

• Water damage to a home, dwelling, pool, deck, landscaping, or other property
• Internal plumbing leaks
• Water hammer or pressure-surge damage
• Flooding, water intrusion, or mold
• Loss of pool chemicals
• Loss of use
• Labor, installation, removal, inspection, travel, or professional-service costs
• Damage caused by hoses, fittings, valves, pipes, plumbing systems, or property conditions outside the Staypoollizer product itself

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Staypoollizer product giving rise to the claim.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

State-Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this warranty limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
